If You're not positive how to correctly evaluate the dose, talk to your physician or pharmacist. If you see air bubbles in the syringe, thrust and pull the plunger out and in until the air bubbles are mainly long gone. Faucet the barrel in the syringe to remove any remaining air bubbles.
